Kammokujalta kajahtaa / Echos at the Haunted Alley

Pitkästä aikaa Kammokujan kimpussa: yläkerran lastenhuone tapetoitu (lattia vielä puuttuu) ja sinne on saatu Huuto.netistä hienoja Lundby Regency -huonekaluja, olohuoneen takka valmis ja paikoillaan, alakerran liuskekivilattia lähes valmis (mutta hempeät vaaleansiniset sohvat pitäisi verhoilla uudestaan)... Tällä välillä talon käyttötarkoitus on jo ehtinyt pojallani sen verran muuttua, että nyt se Tylypahkan tyyppinen noitakoulu ;)

It's been a while since I've worked on the Haunted Alley. Now the children's room upstairs has wallpapers (flooring is still missing) and some fine Lundby Regency -furniture have been bought from a Finnish auction net site; living room fireplace is ready and at it's place; downstairs slate floor almost ready (but the pale blue sofa needs to get something done, it's just too sweet to fit)... In the meanwhile the purpose of this house has altered a bit. Now my son says that it's a kind of a school for wizards, like Hogwarts ;)

Kammokujalla / At the Haunted Alley

Pistin blogin pystyyn - aloitetaan nyt tästä rakenteilla olevasta kummitustalosta, Kammokuja 2:sta. Brion vanha nukkekoti, jonka raahasin huonokuntoisena vanhempieni luota joitakin vuosia sitten, muuttuu hurjaksi leikkipaikaksi 5-vuotiaalle pojalleni.

I started a blog and will begin with the haunted house I'm renovating for my 5 year old son. Brio's old doll house from my childhood is going through a rough change.

Kaikki pinnat on pistetty uusiksi, vaikka jotkut onkin sitten saman tien sutattu vanhan ja homehtuneen näköisiksi ;)

I've done the surfaces, for example the wallpapers are all new even though it maybe doesn't seem like that since some of them have been immediately made to look moldy and old ;)
